In his signature white Webers chef coat, bright headband and clanking jailer's keys, Mike "Key Man" McParland has worked the barbeque at Webers for over 40 years. Key Man always works "A" side where each weekend fans hang out to watch him fire 800 hamburgers an hour, flipping them at breakneck speed.

He twirled the hotdogs on opening day in 1963 when he was just 16 years old and today cooks for couples he served as kids, who now travel in with their own children. He has been recognized while travelling in Florida, Barbados and Australia and often while on cruises with his wife throughout the world. He is Webers longest serving employee and a terrific ambassador for the company.
